i48 Film Festival

Last weekend, I was lucky enough to participate in the making of a short film with the fine people of the Actors Workout in Boise as part of the 2015 i48 film festival.

Today, after a screening of the film (along with other films of the competition) it was announced that our film Blind Steal had advanced to the "best of" screening on Sunday, June 7th.

If you're not familiar with the i48 festival, here's a quick rundown. A team is given 48 hours to develop, film, and edit a short film that must be between 2-6 minutes. Quite the process to undertake, yes, but one that I was proud to be part of.

I was a co-writer of the film (along with Brian Fox, Matt Melton, and Brandon Freeman, who also beautifully shot and edited the film) and also had a small part in it. This was a great group of people to work with and am glad I was able to participate.

More updates to follow after tomorrow's ceremony. Perhaps even a link to the film will be made available in the near future.
